☕ 9-ish Atlanta Coffee Pop-Ups Worth Waking Up For

No chains. Just vibes, flavor, oh & micro-roasted magic.

Atlanta’s coffee scene is more than big-name cafés, it’s full of hotspots & mobile carts (pop-ups) that bring intentionality to every pour. Whether you’re a pour-over lover or just here for the seasonal latte vibes, these ATL coffee pop-ups deserve a permanent spot on your weekend plans.

Tan Brown Coffee

Founded in 2022, this Asian-owned roastery & pop-up spotlights specialty coffees. Unique flavor profiles, thoughtful sourcing, & a minimalist setup make this one a standout. Highly recommend if you’re into origin-rich beans & quiet, curated moments.

If Coffee Was Black

Caribbean-inspired & community-rooted, this pop-up offers handcrafted plant-based lattes & teas. Everything feels poetic…. from the storytelling to the beautifully layered drinks. Try the hibiscus or anything seasonal.

Recuerdos Cafe

A Latinx-owned mobile cart honoring immigrant heritage. Each cup tells a story, rooted in nostalgia and Mexican culture. It’s like a warm hug.

A Curated Coffee Co.

Books. Plants. Espresso. Yes, please! This concept brings it all together. Their house-made syrups are next-level — think magnolia leaves or basil infusions. A must-try if you’re into curated flavors & thoughtful design.

Enid Coffee ATL

Colombian-inspired & quietly elite. Consistent quality, warm service, & a focus on heritage make this pop-up feel like a hidden gem — but those who know, know.

Second Cup ATL

Clever seasonal drinks like a Tiramisu latte. Often found at events & markets, it’s simple, stylish, & always delicious.

Stroll Coffee

Located in an Airstream near Piedmont Park, this collab café fuses Tanbrown’s specialties with Latin street snacks by Chispas. Great before a BeltLine stroll or weekend park plans.

Flow Coffee ATL

Flavor-forward coffee with a visual, artsy edge. Don’t sleep on their cocktail menu collab with El Ponce. Chef’s kiss! I’m coming back for that Mezcal cocktail.

Mezcla ATL

A pop-up blending Scandinavian & Mexican influences. I haven’t visited since 2024, but their approach to flavor and fusion left a lasting impression. Hoping to catch them again soon!

FINAL SIP:

Pop-up hours + locations change often, so always check Instagram or websites for the latest info.
