Where to Play Trivia, Games, and Nerd Out in Atlanta

Are you a trivia buff? A Super Smash Bros. champ? Or just someone who loves sipping beer while yelling, “I knew that one!” …at the bar?

Then welcome!

Atlanta’s nerdy scene does not disappoint, with cozy breweries, comic book bars, ping-pong emporiums, & dive bars that double as gaming dens. Whether you’re hunting for weekly trivia nights, arcade throwdowns, or niche game nights, here’s your neighborhood guide to the best places to nerd out in ATL.

Let your inner nerd run wild.

🔍 Nerdy Bars & Game Nights in Atlanta (My Picks)

• Sister Louisa’s Church — Ping pong, DJs, karaoke, no cover, and the most chaotic decor ever (in the best way).

• Little Cottage Brewing — Mario Mondays for 90s babies: Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros, and rotating game nights like D&D.

• Joystick Gamebar — Dive bar meets arcade. Expect retro games, Super Geek Trivia, & karaoke energy.

• Boggs Social — Drag trivia? Yes. Karaoke? Also yes. Live music? Triple yes.

• My Parents’ Basement — Comic book bar meets pinball kingdom. They even do comic subscriptions.

🍺 Trivia at ATL Breweries

(Many of these host Dirty South Trivia + local rotating events)

• Monday Night Brewing (Garage)

• Round Trip Brewing

• Wild Heaven (West End, Avondale Estates, Toco Hills)

• Sceptre Brewing

• Monk’s Meadery

• Three Taverns Imaginarium (ATL)

• Inner Voice Brewing

• Outrun Brewing (Stone Mountain)

BONUS: Some spots like Wild Heaven (West End) have El Tesoro tacos on-site, live DJs, or 80s-themed parties. That’s what I call a full send. 🎯
